Kaspi Weddings is a modern photography studio with four experienced photographers. Kaspi is short for Kilikopela's Aperture Studio Photography Inc. Yes, we know that it is a long and difficult name to pronounce. That is why we shortened it to Kaspi.

Having fun, meeting new people and being creative is what attracts us to the art of wedding photography. It is rewarding as coming back from a shoot knowing that we nailed it dead on. Then even better is hearing how much the bride and groom love their pictures. This is what keeps us going in this competitive business.

We have a studio is located in downtown Oshawa and in Barrie, Ontario

Christopher is the one who started the business. His love for photography and ability to learn quickly and thoroughly allowed him to become a very successful internationally published commercial photographer. It is because of his love for creativity, variety, and meeting people that he expanded to add wedding photography.

Terri Lynn is the brains behind the operation. It was through her creative research and valuable production, communication, and people skills that made this company such a big success. She has a very creative eye, especially with children, and sometimes acts as a second photographer at weddings.

Heather is an experienced wedding and commercial photographer from Barrie. If you learned about us from a wedding show you probably met her or her husband John. She not only shoots weddings by also does marketing and advertising.

Alex takes care of the technology side of the business. Beyond just being a great photographer he has skills and lots of experience in Photoshop. If you have a technical question about any Nikon, Elinchrom, Einstien, PC, or Macintosh items he is the person to ask. He also knows a whole lot about cars.

Jonny is our satellite photographer. He lives in Vancouver, Washington, and shoots primarily stock photos for us. He occasionally helps us out with weddings and often shoots his own weddings in the Pacific Northwest. He is a highly motivated and highly skilled graduate with a degree in media studies.

THE STUDIO

Located in downtown Oshawa we have a 2500 square foot warehouse that we use as a studio. We use Nikon cameras and lenses. For studio lighting we use Eintein flashes with Chimera softboxes, octaboxes, and reflectors. When we are on location we use California Sunbounce reflectors and scrims.

THE STAFF

Christopher and Terri Lynn started Kilikopela's Aperture Studio Photography Inc. (previously Christopher Futcher Photography) with a vision of working together to create functional and artistic imagery to the world of advertising and art. Their passion being to capture people in their element, from everyday living to extreme sports.

Alex joined the team in November of 2010 and is working on post production. Alex has a keen interest in photography and keeps up to date with Nikon and Elinchrom equipment.

Heather is the lead for marketing and wedding photography. She is an experienced designer and photographer from Barrie, Ontario.

Amanda joined the team in November of 2010 as producer/director. Aside from working with us Amanda is a mother to five children.

Samantha works with us as a part-time director. Starting off as a model she quickly impressed us with her great people skills so we hired her.

Jonny joined the team in June of 2011 as a producer/director and photographer working in the Pacific Northwest from Vancouver, Washington.

Kaspi Weddings shoots wedding photos and videos throughout the Southern Ontario, GTA, Durham Region, Simcoe County, Toronto, Barry, Oshawa, Newcastle, Peterbourough, and more.
